Dark Age is a fictional series of memoirs by a most unusual author. They take place in an earth locked in an ice age and ruled by evil "wizards" who get their powers through long forgotten technology. The main character (who is in fact not the author) is named Solon Longrifle. He is introduced in the The Desecration which is the only story that is not a memoir. The rest of the stories, however, will involve the rather unusual relationship between Solon and the author.
