General Contractor Agreement
 When a general contractor engages to perform and/or oversee work on an individual’s home, it is important that the terms of that work are spelled out clearly in an agreement between the parties. New Home Construction Agreement - Cost Plus
| This is an agreement between a contractor and the owner of a property to build a new home. It inlcudes provisions regarding timing for the project, specifications of the home (included as an attachment), contract price, subcontracting, liens, interests on overdue payments, delays, and many more. This specific agreement is designed for those situations where the contractor is paid for his actual costs plus an additional amount or premium (the costs multiplied by a percentage, e.g. 15%).
