Acceptance of a Gift (Canada)
  Simple form where the person receiving a gift (the transferee) accepts the gift. This form is to be sent to the person giving the gift (transferor). This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. |
Declaration of Gift (Canada)
| A declaration where by one person (the transferor) transfers property to another person (the transferee). The declaration includes statments regarding the declaration being made voluntarily and with a sound mind. This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. |
Declaration of Trust - Property (Canada)
| Declaration by trustee that he or she holds a real estate property in trust for someone else (the beneficiary). This agreement includes provisions regarding the transfer of the property and any proceeds to the propoerty prior to transfer.
