1980 Yoda Press Announcement Straight from Lucasfilm's marketing archives, this media kit introduced Yoda to members of the press in 1980. The kit includes two one-page documents, a slide, and three black & white glossy photos. The documents include an introduction of the remarkable Yoda, the Jedi Master, an icon of mythical power and wisdom, as well as a short biography of Frank Oz who played the character of Yoda. The three black and white, 8x10 glossies are original photos of Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back. This press announcement is available in very limited quantities, and is a must for the avid Star Wars collector.

Official Star Wars Fan Club Breakfast Admission to the event includes breakfast at the classy Marriott Hotel & Marina, one of Hasbro's exclusive silver-painted sandtrooper action figures, a goody bag of treasures from the Lucasfilm Licensing archives, plus the chance to chat with Steve Sansweet, head of Fan Relations at Lucasfilm, and others. 1982 Star Wars: Revenge of the Jedi Marketing Piece Twentieth Century Fox and Lucasfilm Ltd. printed this 11-inch x 15-inch advertising supplement in 1982 to announce the world premiere date of May 1983 for the third film in the Star Wars original trilogy. Open the marketing piece up and you have an 22-inch x 15-inch banner of the movie title Star Wars: Revenge of the Jedi in red type on a black background made up of faded Star Wars logos. Of course, the movie title was later changed to Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. As one of the biggest title changes in film history, merchandise and marketing materials with the Revenge of the Jedi title are extremely rare, and highly sought after by collectors. This marketing piece, recently discovered in Lucasfilm's marketing archives, is no exception. Some items may not be in perfect mint condition, but all are at least in very good shape; price has been adjusted accordingly.
