Bare Wood Dragon Katana Super Set - 3 Piece
 | This set is different from our other wood sets - because you can actually feel the wood grains and ribbing from the natural wood. This is the only set in our inventory in this style. This is truly a one of a kind item. These are beautiful swords and are well made. Each sword has a natural bare wood finish. The handles continue the design and the hilt has a silver dragon in silver hardware and matching end caps. The sword lengths are 39 inch - 32 inch and 21 inch.  | An extension of the samurai - the deadly katana was a feared and celebrated tradition throughout Japanese history. This beautiful instance of such a weapon is crafted of 440 stainless steel with a gunome hamon (zig-zag) tempering pattern. The grip consists of white cloth wrappings with underlying gold and black needlework in a braided pattern. The gold cast metal hilt has a scene of a dragon wrapped around the blade. The overall sword length measures approximately 43 inches - the blade measuring approximately 28 inches in length. Included is a matching painted aluminum scabbard with white cord wrappings and brown leather loops to enable wearing. It is trimmed in gold. |
