Dashing Swept Hilt Rapier
 | This beautiful 17th century replica measures 38.5 inches in length and has a fancy swept hilt design. Swept hilts feature both beauty and function - providing a blade-catch which was detrimental to swordplay - and could determine life or death in a duel. This rapier features a black handle wrapped in silver wire - providing excellent grip. The crown pommel is fluted and provides balance to this weapon.
