Finders Agreement

This agreement is between a Producer and a Finder. The Finder is a person paid for finding and introducing the producer to financiers who will invest in a motion picture. This form will allow the parties to agree on a description of the services, the term of the agreement, as well as the compensation and relationship of the parties.
