This agreement includes provisions regarding the type of rights licenses, payment for the license, term and termination, etc. This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. |
License of Copyrighted Material (Canada)

Shrink Wrap License Agreement (Canada)
